We have all wasted money on clothes that have rarely peeked out
of our wardrobesimply because they didnt quite feel right
when you put them on at home. Sound familiar??? You will be
amazed what a difference 1 or 2cm can make in a waistband
whether it be too loose, or too tight! We have all been
therebut we seem to never get around to altering our clothes to
actually make them fit really well do we? The clothes we wear
every day, are perhaps equally, if not more important than our
special occasion wear, as most of us wear 20% of our clothes,
80% of the time! So why not, for a few dollars, have them
professionally fitted . I guarantee they will make you feel
slimmer, more confident and better in general! Just try it and
see.

For our existing clothing, the truth is, most of us fluctuate in
size a little for time to time. Designs go in and out of
fashion, yet sometimes we can hold onto favourite classic pieces
of clothing because we love them, or the fabric, and try to
redesign them to keep them alive for one more season.. Unless
you are a slave to fashion the key is to buy the best quality
you can afford and keep 80% of your work & casual wear fairly
classic in designs that suit your body shape, and have them
professionally altered to fit you after you purchase them, and I
promise you, you WILL wear them with a smile on your face
because you FEEL great in them! Play with fashion trends for the
other 20%, buying the latest fads and colours of the moment.
That way, you will always be current, but clever!
There are sales 52 weeks of the year now, so take advantage,
and buy when you see them. As long as your purchase fits your
biggest part then we can sculpt the rest of it to make it feel
and look like it was custom made for you! I cant tell you the
difference tapering in a straight skirt, to a pencil skirt, can
do for your figure, or taking in a back waist seam if you have a
sway back, or raising the shoulders if you are short waisted.

may think Hems are about $30-$35, bodice alterations under $50,
or tapered skirts, $30.
